Once your group/organization’s signed contract and deposit have been received by Pinnacle Retreat Center, the following forms must be submitted 14 days prior to your retreat date to office@pinnacleretreatcenter.com.

  • Child Protection Form is required for groups with children and youth in attendance.
  • Submit a copy of your group's retreat schedule with the forms.
